BOOK TESTIMONIALS

"The story you share of struggling with drug addiction is captivating  and disturbing, but most importantly, the success you have found after achieving sobriety is awesome and inspiring for anyone wishing the same"

                                                                                                   - Téa Leoni, Actress

If you have not experienced the devil of addiction, you will be amazed to hear the story of how he grew upend survived. This true story will have you wondering,"What could possibly happen next?" Rob's story reminds us that no matter how bad a past you may have had or present struggles, there is always hope for the future."

                                                                                     - Anita, Homemaker, Teacher

"This book is straightforward, highly readable and feels true to me. It can help those who are ensnared in the trap of addiction, friends and family included. RR is generous with his understanding and experience, and I felt his compassion for himself and for others as well as his wish to share his story with those who might benefit from it."

"I bought the Kindle version on Amazon and couldn't put it down! Robert's story is very interesting and inspiring. If he could recover from his heavy drug addictions and overcome his lack of schooling to become a successful husband, father, realtor, and writer, then I can certainly dig deep for the motivation to lose my extra pounds and overcome my procrastination to write the book that I have long thought about. One life to live, one day at a time, with God's help... Thanks, Robert!"

This is one of the most inspirational books I have ever read. I wondered if it was possible to go from disaster to success. This book answers that question... "YES". It gives you 200 pages of his mindset, from homeless with drugs to millionaire....who does that? Amazing. I can't recommend this book enough.

You may pick up this book or be given this book because someone thinks you or a loved one needs to know about alcoholism and addiction. And it certainly will educate you about those topics. But I believe that this book can also inspire anyone to believe that all things are possible and that what we need to achieve our dreams, lies within each of us.

There are very few people getting "clean and sober" today who only abuse alcohol or only abuse drugs. This author has touched on them all and has shown just how bad it can get! Just when you think it can't get worse, it does!
But the journey upward is awe inspiring. There is a description of Rob finding his first "professional" clothes at a garage sale that had me laughing and crying. Been there! But the journey forward, the strength the author discovers within, the belief system, the quest for more self knowledge- THIS part can help and inspire anyone!
When you begin this book, you will not be able to put it down. After you finish it, parts of it will reverberate in your heart and in your head! I also know that you will end up ordering more copies to give away so that others can also learn some amazing life lessons.

There are two types of books the ones you read casually and the ones that totally engulf you as you read. This book falls into that second category. I usually take about a month to finish a book, I finished this in 1.5 days. It is one of the best books I've ever read next to the Bible and "The Dirt" from Motley Crue. This book was motivational, inspirational and flat out an awesome read. It really shows how God is always there behind the scenes working in our lives. Read this book, I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

I was a classmate with Rob during his days in northern California. We went to some of the same parties and we had some friends in common, but we ran in different circles. I knew about Rob's heavy partying reputation that is so accurately described in the book, but other than that, just viewed him as another classmate in a public school.

I was gripped by Rob's journey from a dysfunctional childhood, through addiction, identity struggle and ultimate career and personal triumph!! It nailed home the message that you may come across thousands of people in your life and you really have NO IDEA the type of struggles they have endured (or are currently enduring). There are so many messages in the book of strength, courage, perseverance, surrender and unconditional faith which were far too many to count. The end of the book is so triumphant that you feel a part of the glory that Rob has achieved. I was genuinely happy for all that Rob has achieved, even though I was a very passive acquaintance from a very long time ago.

180 degrees is like watching an excellent TV mini-series, but is really a true story about an ordinary person with extraordinary character.

This book gives hope to all who have been down and out. It's a very powerful story of how a person can change their life when they choose to do so. I also realized how important it is to practice the author's "Eight Equities" to maintain a balanced, healthy, happy, productive life. This book is a feel good book and I highly recommend it. It is well written and very informative. I have re-read different chapters of his book several times for inspiration.

While the book describes the hopeless lifestyle of a drug addict, this is actually a STORY OF RECOVERY. A recovery which allowed the author to accomplish financial and personal goals that defy logic. In addition, most of the methods used to achieve the author's success are described in detail. Not only was I personally motivated and inspired after reading this book, but I have actually incorporated several things I learned from the book into my own personal/business life, with measurable results already occurring! This book will inspire anyone who wants more from their life, or is having trouble imagining success for themselves based upon their circumstances. I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful and inspiring book to read. It helped me with my past and most importantly is helping me understand that you can achieve anything in life what you want no matter how good or bad your past currently is or was. This book taught me self discipline and helped me grow my values. You will not want to stop reading until you have finished this book.
